I wish each and every one of you a Merry and Beautiful Christmas. As we celebrate the birth of our Savior. I hope that you experience the love of God and the joy of salvation.
The Church is decorated and ready for Midnight Mass.

I have some decorations in my room for a small Christmas get together with my brother before mass.

Hi Michael:
I kept thinking how you were in one of the best places in the world this Christmas, but I’m sure you were thinking a lot about your family in this part of the world. I hope your Christmas was filled with His peace and love.
Here is the message I sent with my cards this year:
Christmas 2009
I sat down to write this letter in the midst of the many remnants of my life from the last year. They are reminder s of the joys, the heartbreaks, the achievements, and the failures of 2009. There have been better years for my family and me, and there have also been worse; but beyond everything, this is what I will keep:
The constancy of my deep and abiding faith in God and his Son, Jesus Christ, which has sustained me
The love and support of my wonderful family in the face of their own grief and sadness;
Thankfulness for the completion of my education
A grateful heart for the sweet struggles in life.
My prayer for the world is that this Christmas season brings the peace and hope born in a small babe in Bethlehem more than two thousand years ago. May the obedience and faith of His mother and the example of His life be meaningful to all of us.

Merry Christmas to you, also. What a blessed time of year. The church looks wonderful.
Hear your Mom due to come that direction for a visit sometime in 2010…how terrific!
